Abstract

В статье исследуются некоторые теоретические проблемы интеллектуальной безопасности современного высшего учебного заведения, выявляются условия и факторы развития современного учебного заведения, обосновывается положение о том, что глубинным основанием интеллектуальной безопасности вуза является система безопасности его интегрированного интеллектуального капитала. В рамках теории системной парадигмы выявляются и исследуются основные ментальные, ценностные, смысловые и социальные угрозы интеллектуальной безопасности университета; предлагаются мероприятия по профилактике существующих и потенциальных угроз интеллектуальной безопасности высшего учебного заведения в интересах обеспечения устойчивого его развития и повышения уровня конкурентоспособности на мировом рынке образовательных услуг
