Abstract

The article analyzes the issues and basic provisions of human resource management as an essential means of implementing personnel policy and human resource management. Personnel policy is considered as a well-established mechanism, as a social phenomenon, which reflects general and strategic activities of the subject of management on the formation, development and proper use of labor potential of the enterprise.
