Проблемы Формирования Опорной Транспортной Сети России В Контексте Экономической Безопасности Транзитных И Экспортных Перевозок (Опыт Истории)

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу опыта истории в деле формирования транспортной системы страны, в первую очередь железнодорожных магистралей. В России именно этот вид транспорта является основой для организации и сохранения единого экономического и социального пространства. Показано, что на протяжении 150 лет с самых первых шагов по созданию железных дорог в России продолжается спор между рыночным и государственным подходами к обоснованию проектов нового строительства. В настоящее время актуальность такого противопоставления не только сохраняется, но и обостряется с учетом новых вызовов и угрозы национальной безопасности. В статье предлагается усилить внимание (вспомнив предложения полувековой давности) к северным и восточным выходам в мирохозяйственную систему.
