Abstract

Проблема деофшоризации российской экономики в свете экономических санкций Запада сегодня приобретает еще большую значимость и актуальность.Деофшоризацию российской экономики обсуждают сейчас практически все круги нашего общества. Как обеспечить запросы бизнеса, которые решаются через использование офшорных и низконалоговых юрисдикций? Как соотносятся задачи по обеспечению экономического роста с деофшоризацией? Какие меры могут обеспечить успешное принуждение к деофшоризации? 20 марта 2014 г. в Ассоциации независимых центров экономического анализа прошел диспут на тему «Как деофшоризовать Россию», где с докладом выступил главный научный сотрудник Института экономики РАН Б.А.Хейфец.Мы публикуем текстего выступления
