Реиндустриализация: Практические Шаги

Abstract

В статье речь идет о реиндустриализации. Называются причины экономические и социальные ввиду которых новая индустриализация представляется крайне важной. Как определяющая причина указываются соображения внешнеэкономического и геополитического характера. А более всего (по мнению автора) обновление экономики нужно для обеспечения безопасности и целостности страны. Подчеркивается важность и необходимость подъема промышленности, наращивания экономического роста, технологической модернизации социальной сферы. Далее автор приводит ряд конкретных мер, разработок, этапов для реального, практического продвижения к началу решения проблемы, для создания своего рода программы реиндустриализации страны. Предлагаемая программа пошаговая, с подробным описанием каждого этапа. При этом подчеркиваются трудности объективные и субъективные, которые, по мнению автора, преодолимы.
