Abstract

В статье рассмотрены базовые принципы функционирования предприятий, основанных на знаниях. Представлен анализ причин успешной деятельности ряда российских фирм. Доказано, что активное использование различных видов инноваций позволяет компаниям удерживать конкурентные позиции на рынке. Российские предприятия, основанные на знаниях,это успешные компании среднего бизнеса, чутко улавливающие изменения в потребительских предпочтениях и создающие продукт с высокой потребительской ценностью. Ориентация на клиента составляет ядро их стратегии, а инновации являются инструментом реализации выбранной стратегии.
