Етапи Впровадження Процесного Підходу До Управління Підприємствами

Abstract

У даній статті вирішується важливе завдання обґрунтування основних етапів впровадження процесного підходу до управління підприємствами. Основними цілями дослідження є визначення основних видів робіт, встановлення змісту та послідовності їх виконання для реалізації процесного управління. Авторами запропоновано етапи впровадження та реалізації процесного підходу до управління, які згруповано у три блоки: проектування робіт із впровадження системи процесного управління, розробка системи процесного управління та організація системи підтримки впровадження процесного підходу. При цьому розробка системи процесного управління здійснюється у три стадії: формування, реалізації та удосконалення. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані при розробці систем управління якістю, реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів, реалізації програм постійного поліпшення бізнес-процесів, реструктуризації підприємств тощо. Перехід до процесного управління за пропонованими етапами дозволить структурувати діяльність по процесах, сформувати систему менеджменту бізнес-процесів, оптимізувати організаційну структуру управління, що в цілому забезпечить підвищення ефективності функціонування сучасних підприємств.
