Abstract

The stages of the personnel marketing realization have been substantiated based on the differentiation of the two types of personnel marketing (the internal and external). It was specified that the fulfillment of works should be performed by applying the «7P” model. The process modeling is built based on the methodology IDEF0 which allows to present the personnel marketing process in the most convenient graphical way, including its main stages (such as analysis, planning, realization and control), and to map the elements of the internal and external personnel marketing complex.
