Обоснование Метода Перехода К Процессному Управлению Предприятием

Abstract

Разработан метод перехода предприятия к процессному управлению на основе обоснования этапов и содержания работ. В основу предлагаемого метода положены принципы: выделяются бизнес-процессы предприятия по «сквозному»признаку; учитывается, что каждый бизнес-процесс в своем составе имеет процессы деятельности потребителя, основные, обеспечивающие и процессы менеджмента; структуру, определение содержания системы управления путем гармонизации с менеджментом качества; осуществление целеполагания и соответственно формирование содержания системы управления, управляющих воздействий с учетом потребностей и мотивов заинтересованных в работе данных процессов различных сторон (участников).
