Социальные Проблемы Наукоградов И Подходы К Их Решению

Abstract

Важность решения социальных проблем наукоградов связана с тем, что многие из них попали с начала 1990-х гг. в группу регионов «социального риска». В статье рассматривается, как возникали кризисные ситуации с занятостью и другими параметрами уровня жизни на этих прежде благополучных территориях. Цель работы выявить основные причины и последствия социальной деградации наукоградов, а также обобщить опыт преодоления кризисных явлений в социально-экономической сфере наукоградов. Сделан вывод о том, что наибольший эффект в трудоустройстве потерявших работу в наукоградах приносит создание новых рабочих мест, позволяющих обеспечить диверсификацию производства, развитие других отраслей экономики. Большую роль в этом призваны играть поддержка малого бизнеса со стороны государства и расширение прав органов местного самоуправлении.
