Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы принятия решений (ПР) при управления организационными системами и основные факторы, обусловливающие как сложность задач ПР, так и сложность самой проблемы ПР. Анализируются типы и способы уменьшения личностных неопределенностей, а также способы учёта субъективности на этапах ПР. Представлены некоторые модели, учитывающие неопределенность и связанную с ней субъективность при оценке вариантов решений. Рассмотрены способы измерений характеристик вариантов решений, используемые в практике измерений типы шкал, методы субъективных измерений. Приведен метод многокритериального выбора решений на основе использования нечетких отношений предпочтения.
