Abstract

Психологические исследования доказывают, что карьерно-профессиональная самореализация тесно связана с социально-психологической зрелостью личности. Цель данной статьи на основе анализа представлений студентов о своем профессиональном будущем оценить уровень их социальной зрелости, выявить значимые жизненные и профессиональные ценности. Знакомство студентов с результатами группового исследования позволяет им расширить ценностные представления о будущем, осознать скрытые возможности.
