Бенчмаркинг В Системе Конкурентных Действий Предпринимательских Структур

Abstract

В статье раскрывается многообразие типов отношений бенчмаркинга. На основании критериев круга участников и структуры бенчмаркинга авторы выделяют: активную и пассивную позиции, ролевые функции участников бенчмаркинга, типы отношений многостороннего бенчмаркинга. Отмечены особенности определения объекта бенчмаркинга и подчеркивается зависимость этапов бенчмаркинга от отраслевого содержания объекта бенчмаркинга. В работе дано определение бенчмаркинга как совокупности конкурентных действий по выявлению и реализации новых конкурентных действий. Раскрыты элементы системы менеджмента конкурентных действий, которые могут служить объектами бенчмаркинга. Предлагается использовать особую форму смешанного бенчмаркинга бенчмаркинг конкурентных действий компаний в конкурентной диспозиции, выявляются факторы обеспечения превосходства над позиционным конкурентом в конкурентной диспозиции.
