Реализация Потенциала Социальных Структур И Получение Дополнительных Конкурентных Преимуществ (На Примере Проведения Конференций Поставщиков)

Abstract

В статье обосновано, что решению проблемы ограниченных возможностей управления материально-техническим снабжением компании способствует управление массивом поставщиков не только как конкурентной, но и социальной средой, что может повысить стабильность процесса закупок, снизить риск возникновения потерь, уменьшить издержки на предупреждение или пресечение оппортунистического поведения контрагентов. Автор доказывает, что периодическое проведение конференций поставщиков, как форма реализации потенциала социальных структур, является действенным инструментом в системе рыночных коммуникаций компании, нацеленной на долгосрочное взаимодействие с партнерами, а также способствует получению дополнительных конкурентных преимуществ в рамках известных рыночных стратегий.
