Abstract

В статье рассмотрен процессный подход к управлению предприятием ракетно-космиче¬ской промышленности, проведен анализ инструментов управления бизнес-процессами таких предприятий, а также определены особенности инструментов управления бизнес-процессами как конкурентные преимущества предприятия в современной бизнес-среде. Предложенные инструменты следует использовать как комплекс управления предприятием РКП на оперативном, тактическом и стратегическом уровнях.
