Ошибки i и ii рода в регулировании вертикальных ограничивающих соглашений

Abstract

В работе обращается внимание на некоторые особенности торга между ошибками I и II рода в нтитрасте, в частности при выборе режима регулирования вертикальных ограничивающих соглашений (ВОС). Обсуждаются возможные отклонения от принципиальной схемы торга, порожденные изолированным рассмотрением ошибок правоприменения и отдельными несогласованностями в режиме регулирования ВОС в России. Игровая постановка, приведенная во второй части статьи, предназначена для формализованного анализа внешних эффектов, порожденных ошибками правоприменения.
