О Некоторых Аспектах Оценки Эффективности Конкурентной Политики И Необходимости Ее Трансформации

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные аспекты анализа эффективности конкурентной поли-тики. Отмечается, что в настоящее время системный анализ в данном направлении не про-водится, имеющиеся оценки характеризуются противоречивостью, отсутствием полноты и низкой степенью достоверности. Показывается, что в существующем виде конкурентная политика на основе применения антимонопольного законодательства в ее защитном вари-анте может формально приводить к снижению значений критериев эффективности в виде показателей экономической концентрации, на основе чего обосновывается необходимость ее трансформации в направлении придания более активного характера.
