Экономические Инструменты Государственного Регулирования Конкуренции На Рынке Нефтепродуктов

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные экономические инструменты государственного регулирования, применяемые в настоящее время на рынке нефтепродуктов. Выявлено, что он недостаточно конкурентный, имеет проявления регионального монополизма, нефтепереработка не соответствует современным требованиям, что доказывает недостаточную результативность проводимой государственной политики в этой области. Показаны направления совершенствования таких инструментов государственного регулирования на федеральном и региональном уровнях, как формирование ценовых индикаторов на нефтепродукты, биржевая торговля, таможенная и налоговая политика, осуществление товарных интервенций.
