Abstract

В статье анализируются стратегии предпринимательского поведения, демонстрируемые сетями продуктового ритейла. Они рассматриваются как наборы долгосрочных решений, определяющих основные параметры бизнеса: формат магазина, ценообразование, тер-риторию конкуренции, интеграционные действия и др. Такой подход позволяет провести классификацию стратегий по критерию области принятия стратегического решения.
