Правовое Регулирование Национальной Финансовой Системы Как Фактор Обеспечения Конкурентоспособности России

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные теории денежного обращения, существующие в эко‑ номической науке, особенно — теория К. Менгера («австрийская теория экономического цикла»), их соотнесение с действующим правовым регулированием денежного обращения, установленным национальным законодательством. Анализ проведен с точки зрения устра‑ нения несоответствий в национальном законодательстве, противоречащих достижениям экономической науки как фактора повышения конкурентоспособности экономики России на глобальных рынках капитала. По результатам анализа сформулированы предложения по внесению изменений в законодательство, а также оценены экономические последствия существующего правового регулирования с точки зрения экономической теории.
