Abstract

Одной из главных целей Федеральной антимонопольной службы России является защита товарных рынков от неконкурентных действий хозяйствующих субъектов, занимающих доминирующее положение. В практической работе часто возникает вопрос, необходимо ли проводить анализ товарного рынка, либо возможно внести изменения в Реестр хозяйствующих субъектов, занимающих доминирующее положение, при выполнении определенных условий. Данная статья посвящена исследованию методического вопроса законности внесения изменений в Реестр при реорганизации юридических лиц.
