Abstract

В статье исследуются социально-психологические основания личной конкурентоспособности предпринимателя. При помощи анализа феномена предприимчивости и творческой функции предпринимателя, а также интерпретации примеров из практики предпринимательской деятельности определяется, что основу личной конкурентоспособности предпринимателя составляет способность к адаптивно-преобразующему поведениюсинхронному сочетанию пластичной приспособляемости к изменяющейся социально-экономической действительности с активными и преобразующими воздействиями на нее.
