Оценка Конкурентоспособности Стратегического Управления В Российских Хоккейных Клубах

Abstract

В статье отмечается особенность статуса российских хоккейных клубов двойственность, отражающая сочетание характерных черт как для предпринимательских, так и социально-спортивных организаций. В рамках двойственности формируются критерии конкурентоспособности управления для клубов: качество управления, качество услуг, способность к нововведениям, взаимодействие с источниками финансирования, способность к привлечению, развитию высококачественных человеческих ресурсов, социальная ответственность. Определяются методы оценки критериев конкурентоспособности стратегического управления (СУ). С помощью многокритериальных задач в условиях неопределенности строится модель, позволяющая выбрать лучшую стратегию. При помощи показателя «вес года» выводится формула оценки конкурентоспособности стратегии хоккейного клуба.
