Сложность Контроля Над Коррупцией В Условиях Политической Демократии

Abstract

Цель: рассмотреть типы коррупции. Исследовать источники коррупции и дефекты механизма контроля над ней. Предложить пути решения этой проблемы. Методы: в исследовании использовались методы анализа, аналогии, обобщения. Результаты: в работе раскрыто несовершенство системного механизма противодействия коррупции и проанализированы его причины. Указаны этапы и масштабы этих недостатков. Глобальное экономическое неравенство, определяющее действия законодателей, представляет собой огромную проблему для системы противодействия коррупции. Как выход рассматривается снабжение каждого человека биометрическим сигналом, который может служить средством инди- видуальной идентификации в финансовой деятельности и опознавать коррумпированных личностей на всех уровнях. Научная новизна: в статье утверждается, что многие проявления коррупции могут быть ограничены с помощью отдельных средств контроля или всеобщей цифровой системы контроля. Практическая значимость: введение цифровой системы наблюдения позволит контролировать и выявлять корруп- ционеров на любом уровне и в результате более эффективно бороться с этим негативным явлением.
