Abstract

Рассмотрены положения Жилищного кодекса Российской федерации на предмет возникновения различных финансовых прав и обязанностей членов домохозяйств как по отдельности, так и в совокупности, а также законодательные основы формирования различных краткосрочных (фонды потребления) и долгосрочных (фонды инвестирования) фондов денежных средств, связанные с содержанием и пользованием домом (жилищем).
