Abstract

В последнее время все большую актуальность набирают вопросы эффективного финансового менеджмента в части управления издержек предприятия (организации). В данной статье рассматриваются понятия издержек, расходов, затрат предприятия, виды и способы их администрирования. Управление издержками рассматривается как администрирование издержек (информационный процесс) и менеджмент издержек рассматривается как материально-ресурсный процесс.
