Abstract

В предлагаемой статье рассмотрена возможность получения и использования многослойных упаковочных материалов для пищевых продуктов, модифицированных бетулиносодержащим экстрактом бересты. Описан технологический процесс получения экспериментально-промышленной партии образцов нового материала. Приведены данные о функционально-технологических свойствах нового упаковочного материала: бактерицидной эффективности, санитарно-химических и физико-механических свойствах.
