Комплексная Модель Рейтинговой Оценки Субъектов Российской Федерации По Уровню Риска Негативного Кредитного Влияния На Региональные Экономики: Теоретический Аспект И Практическая Реализация

Abstract

В научной статье представлена разработанная автором модель рейтинговой оценки субъектов Российской Федерации по уровню риска негативного кредитного влияния на региональные экономики с использованием институционального критерия и интегрального показателя, прогнозирования кредитного потенциала. Модель по сравнению с другими имеющимися на данный момент является более точной, учитывающей ряд дополнительных показателей, которые оказывают воздействие на уровень риска негативного кредитного влияния на региональные экономики. Осуществлена практическая реализация предложенной модели на примере субъектов Российской Федерации за 2004-2012 годы. В процессе исследования использованы методы балльной, экспертной и рейтинговой оценки, принципы системности и объективности.
