Миграционные Установки Выпускников Вузов Г. Омска

Abstract

Предпринята попытка использования обоснованного социологического ин­струментария для исследования миграционных предпочтений и миграционных установок выпускников вузов. В качестве гипотезы исследования было выдвинуто предположение, что основной причиной, побуждающей молодых людей к отъезду, являются экономические условия в городе, такие как низкая заработная плата, ограниченные возможности трудоустроиться по специальности и др. Используется случайная квотная бесповторная выборка, в которой для получения валидных результатов выделены квоты по профилю обучения и полу. В результате исследования выявлены миграционные установки выпускников вузов, оценены факторы, влияющие на формирование миграционных установок, рассмотрена связь с удовлетворенностью проживанием в городе. По результатам исследования выявлены объективные и субъективные составляющие проблемы миграции молодежи.
