Abstract

Рассмотрена модель, описываемая неклассическим уравнением математической физики, с коэффициентами зависящими от времени. Такие уравнения часто называют уравнениями соболевского типа в относительно радиальном случае, т.е. стационарное уравнение обладает разрешающей сильно непрерывной вырожденной полугруппой. Показано существование единственного оптимального управления решениями задачи Шоуолтера– Сидорова для нестационарной модели.
