Обоснование Количественных Индикаторов Выбора Амортизационной Стратегии Организации

Рассмотрены вопросы разработки эффективной амортизационной политики организации, заключающейся в выборе оптимального сочетания инструментов начисления амортизации и направленной на достижение установленных стратегических целей развития организации. Установление типа амортизационной стратегии организации должно основываться на комплексном анализе и оценке эффективности действующей амортизационной политики, который включает три основных этапа и восемь ключевых элементов. Обоснованы пять количественных индикаторов выбора типа стратегии амортизационной политики, позволяющих определить задачи, решению которых она должна способствовать, выявить существующие в ней недостатки, а также разработать рекомендации по ее корректировке. Совокупность рассмотренных индикаторов с учетом допустимых границ позволяют количественно установить тип амортизационной стратегии: накопления, возмещения или расширения.The author considers the issues of developing an effective depreciation policy of the organization, consisting of selecting the optimal combination of depreciation instruments and aiming at achieving certain strategic goals of the organization. Establishing the type of the organization's depreciation strategy should be based on a comprehensive analysis of the current depreciation policy effectiveness, the algorithm of which includes three main stages and eight key elements. Five quantitative indicators of the type of organization's depreciation strategy selection are substantiated, allowing to define the problem, to solution of which it must contribute to, to identify existing shortcomings in it and develop recommendations for its correction. Set of considered indicators, taking into account the permissible limits, allows to quantitatively determine the type of the organization's depreciation strategy: accumulation, reimbursement or extension.
