Abstract

Авторы рассматривают долгосрочную аренду лесного фонда, механизмы распределения материальных и финансовых потоков на примере филиала «Бешенковичиский лесхоз» ОАО «Витебскдрев» в структуре концерна «Беллесбумпром». На основе изучения материально-финансовых потоков анализируются последствия предоставления права ОАО «Витебскдрев» ведения лесного хозяйства в части выполнения лесохозяйственных мероприятий и лесных пользований на передаваемый этому акционерному обществу участок лесного фонда.Authors examine long-term timberland lease and mechanism of material and financial flows allocation providing an example of “Beshenkovichi forestry” (Рublic corporation “Vitebskdrev” “Bellesbumprom” concern). The consequences of letting Рublic corporation “Vitebskdrev” manage forest area, i.e. forestry activities and forestry utilization administration are analyzed on the basis of studying of is material-financial flows.
