Процесс Формирования Системных Рисков И Причины Их Возникновения

Abstract

Объектом исследования настоящей статьи являются системные риски, которые в современных условияхy глобализации представляют наибольшую угрозу для стабильности функционирования финансовой системы любого государства, что, в свою очередь, воздействует на эффективность национальной экономической системы. Обобщение существующих трактовок понятия системный риск позволило предложить уточняющее его определение и циклический процесс формирования системного риска и взаимно усиливающихся последствий, связанные с накоплением рисков в отдельных финансовых институтах и результатами неэффективной мегарегулятивной деятельности центральных банков. В статье проведена систематизация причин возникновения системных рисков. Описанные причины можно использовать для описания процессов распространения системного риска в рамках отдельных финансовых рынков одного государства и между различными странами
