Методический Подход К Оценке Социальных Инновационных Проектов

Abstract

Ввиду возрастающего интереса к социальным инновациям, как к одному из инструментов сглаживания последствий неравенства населения, разработке и внедрению разнородных социальных инновационных проектов и программ, возникает необходимость в их анализе и оценке. В статье предложена методика сравнительного анализа социальных инновационных проектов, в которой использованы количественные и качественные показатели, что позволило создать предпосылки к оценке социальных инноваций с большей долей объективности. Обоснована необходимость обращения к субъективным оценкам целевой аудитории конкретного социального инновационного проекта с помощью опросов непосредственных участников проекта. Разработан индекс, позволяющий сопоставлять конкретные социальные инновационные проекты и программы, а также отслеживать в динамике корректировку уже реализующихся социальных инновационных проектов на основе ряда критериев.
