Советская Сельхозкооперация На Дальнем Востоке Как Субъект Экономики: Иллюзии И Реальность (1920-Е Гг. )

Abstract

В статье раскрываются основные стороны функционирования дальневосточной сельскохозяйственной кооперации как хозяйственной системы в условиях нэпа. Показана деятельность сельскохозяйственной кооперации на дальневосточном хлебном рынке, развитие ее специальных видов. Доказывается, что условия хозяйственной деятельности формировались стремлением Советского государства к монополизации аграрных рынков. Политика монополизации противоречила официальным декларациям о приоритетах сельскохозяйственной кооперации как рыночного субъекта. Ее результатом стало то, что сельскохозяйственная кооперация не смогла закрепить за собой статус основного заготовителя крестьянской продукции.
