Abstract

Малые инновационные предприятия (МИП), будучи наиболее массовым и динамичным субъектом международного сотрудничества в научно-технической сфере, несмотря на многочисленные программы поддержки, не формируют в стране инновационную экономику и условия полноценного участия России в глобальном научном пространстве. Автор рассматривает опыт международных программ поддержки МИП и возможность его использования для решения внутриэкономических и инфраструктурных проблем, что обеспечит активный выход российских МИП на зарубежные рынки.
