Abstract

Анализируется проблема влияния научно-технического и общественного прогресса на совершенствование криминалистического обеспечения раскрытия и расследования преступлений, акцентируется внимание на необходимости активного участия ученых -криминалистов в процессе внедрения современных разработок в следственную практику, и в формировании позитивного общественного мнения в данном отношении.
