Abstract

Рассмотрены актуальные аспекты правовой регламентации назначения и производства комплексных экспертиз в процессуальном отраслевом законодательстве; выявлены как общие моменты, так и различия в данной сфере, а также мнения ученых по проблеме универсализации законодательства. Высказаны собственные предложения по формулированию законодательных положений, относящихся к комплексной экспертизе.
