Abstract

Представлена оценка экологического состояния регионов ЦФО, рассматриваемых, как социо-эколого-экономические системы (СЭЭС). Оценен коэффициент гармоничности, характеризующий равномерность состояния атмосферного воздуха, водных ресурсов и объемов образования, размещения и использования отходов. Наличие асимметрии в значениях соответствующих индикаторов свидетельствует о несбалансированном состоянии СЭЭС. Значение показателей ниже нормативных, которые рассчитываются с использованием моделей связи факторных и результативных признаков, могут служить основой для выбора региональных органов управления приоритетных мероприятий в части улучшения экологического состояния территорий.
