Abstract

Удорожание стоимости, возникающее при выполнении инвестиционностроительных проектов, оказывает влияние на эффективность проекта. Известны многие исследования, посвященные анализу причин удорожания проектов и определению его последствий. Но никто не показывает, насколько часто встречается в практике удорожание проектов и насколько большим может быть удорожание. Эти данные были бы полезны практикующим менеджерам для оценки риска выполняемых ими проектов. В данной статье, автор обобщает результаты собственного исследования стоимости завершенных инвестиционно-строительных проектов в России и анализирует их распределение величины отклонения от первоначальной сметной стоимости проекта.
