Abstract

В работе представлены особенности расчета тарифов коммунальных услуг рынка тульской области на примере электроэнергетики, что особенно актуально на современном этапе реформирования жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. В условиях настоящей экономической ситуации на потребительском рынке России, роль статьи расходов на коммунальные услуги для населения становится ключевой. Ведется постоянный диалог между потребителями и местными органами власти, которые в свою очередь направляют обращения и предложения в федеральные структуры.
