Задачи Государственного Регулирования Качества Жизни В Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье показано, что для государственного регулирования качества жизни в Российской Федерации целесообразно создать комплексную систему обеспечения жизненно важных интересов населения: защиту имущества, прав и свобод граждан, обеспечение им достойных условий жизни и деятельности, материального благополучия и пр. Для этого на уровне нормативного регулирования необходимо реализовать комплекс мер, которыми обеспечивается эффективный мониторинг состояния качества жизни. Автор понимает под государственным регулированием систему мер законодательного, нормативного, исполнительного и контролирующего характера, направленных на обеспечение развития какого-либо процесса с целью приведения его в определенный порядок, регулирование процесса формирования и удовлетворения потребностей индивидов и рассматривает его как социально-экономическую систему.
