Факторы, Оказывающие Влияние На Формирование Дивидендной Политики Российских Компаний

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты выявления факторов, формирующих дивидендную политику компании. Автором была проведена систематизация методологических подходов к определению исследуемых факторов, в результате чего были выделены две группы факторов: внешние факторы, к которым относятся требования законодательства общеправового характера и система налогообложения, и внутренние факторы, такие как принятые обязательства, касающиеся дивидендных выплат, потребность компании в финансовых ресурсах, инвестиционные предпочтения мажоритарных акционеров.
