Теория Корпоративной Социальной Ответственности. Сущность И Отличия Ксо В России И За Рубежом

Abstract

В статье рассматривается термин корпоративной социальной ответственности в широком и узком значении, дается наиболее оптимальное определение в рамках рассматриваемой проблемы. Несмотря на схожесть определений корпоративной социальной ответственности в мировой практике и России, все же воспринимается по-разному. В статье представлено три уровня корпоративной социальной ответственности: микроуровень, мезоуровень и макроуровень. Российская модель корпоративной социальной ответственности довольно рознится с европейской и западной моделью. Существуют несколько причин, по которым становление корпоративной социальной ответственности в России происходит медленно и тормозится. Российская модель еще плохо развита, но многие крупные предприятия уже взяли систему на вооружение и активно используют ее для своего и общественного блага. Как вывод к работе следует, что КСО это явление достаточно молодое для РФ, в настоящее время недостаточно развито и требует соответствующих преобразований как со стороны государства, так и со стороны предприятий.
