Матричный Способ Анализа Тестовой Реакции В Программируемых Логических Интегральных Схемах

Abstract

Рассмотрены способы анализа тестовой реакции объекта диагностирования с помощью сигнатурного анализатора. Предложен новый способ анализа, обеспечивающий локализацию неисправности и уменьшение объема контролирующей аппаратуры.Test response analysis techniques using a signature analyzer are considered. A new analysis technique that provides a fault location and a low hardware overhead is proposed.
