Abstract

Дан обзор современных мультиагентных систем, разработанных для анализа типичных проблем территориальных образований. Представлена мультиагентная модель муниципальных образований в составе региона, в которой агентами являются люди и организации, в которых они работают. Основное внимание уделено обеспечению реалистичности имитации поведения таких агентов в качестве участников производства, а также взаимозависимости поведения и состояний агентов разных типов и изменений внешней среды. Приведен пример использования модели для апробации различных вариантов вертикальных межбюджетных отношений.
