Abstract

Проблемы формирования продовольственных рынков в РФ на сегодняшний день приобрели особую значимость в отношении обеспечения продовольственной безопасности. В этой связи представляется важным изучение основ и механизмов их формирования. При наличии широкой научной базы, касающейся развития рынков в целом, продовольственные рынки изучены недостаточно широко. В связи с этим в данном исследовании сделана попытка систематизации и обобщения существующих подходов к формированию рынков продовольствия.
