Межфирменная Кооперация В Инновационной Сфере Как Объект Государственного Регулирования

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость государственного регулирования научной и инновационной кооперации. Подчеркивается роль кластерного подхода для создания новых форм знаний, образования новых научно-технических направлений, для поддержки сферы образования, коммерциализации инноваций. Анализируются проблемы реализации кластерных инициатив в России. Приводятся рекомендации по координации, государственному регулированию процессов межфирменной кооперации.
