Abstract

В статье предложен организационно-экономический механизм повышения качества предоставления жилищно-коммунальных услуг, основанный на выявлении дисбалансов между ожиданиями потребителей и качеством оказанных услуг в различных точках сервисной структуры и включающий: модель интегрирования процессов менеджмента качества в стратегический менеджмент управляющих организаций; совокупность правил предоставления жилищно-коммунальных услуг и профессионально-квалификационных стандартов для персонала управляющих организаций; систему привлечения кадров на предприятия жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и модель оплаты труда работников управляющих организаций; систему информационного обеспечения, мониторинга и оценки качества оказанных жилищно-коммунальных услуг.
