Формирование Процессной Модели Системы Менеджмента Органа По Сертификации Систем Менеджмента

Abstract

На основе принципов менеджмента качества и принципов подтверждения соответствия проанализированы требования стандартов ISO 9001 и ISO/IEC 17021 к системе менеджмента органа по сертификации систем менеджмента, что позволило обосновать вариант практического создания системы менеджмента органа по сертификации на основе интеграции требований международных документов в общую систему менеджмента. Предложена процессная модель системы менеджмента органа по сертификации систем менеджмента, базирующаяся на требованиях стандартов ISO 9001 и ISO/IEC 17021.
